These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hoki177 platform, including the website, services, games, and all related features. By accessing or using the hoki177 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of your own hoki177 account.
• Hoki177 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
• Any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Hoki177 is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Hoki177 processes fund withdrawals efficiently and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the bank account registered and verified during the KYC process.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for regular members, and within 10 minutes for VIP Gold members and above.
• Before the first withdrawal is permitted, full KYC verification must be completed.
• Bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Results displayed by the Hoki177 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• Bets placed cannot be withdrawn once a game round has begun.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Hoki177 platform. Violating any of these may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes ("collusion").

Hoki177 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.

• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure purposes.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the hoki177 support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the review, subject to applicable terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hoki177 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of online gaming outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Continued use of the hoki177 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
